The Spanish Committee for UNICEF has urged the Government to improve the policies of reconciliation work and family because he believes there is little progress on this and they have not been designed taking into account the interests and needs of children.

Unicef argues that this situation stems from the lack of sufficient measures to reconcile work and family reconciliation and economic demands which often requires both parents to work.
